Pickups & Shipments

Local pickup/delivery:
Collections are possible by appointment only, in Lanoraie. A few meeting points may be possible, between Lanoraie and Lachenaie only ; no deliveries will be made outside this radius.

To arrange a pickup or meeting point, please send a message to bouturama@outlook.com or by text message (Messenger) on the Bouturama Facebook page.
***If pickup or meeting point is possible, this option is always prioritized to avoid shipping costs and all risks associated with transport.


Shipments:
The cuttings and plants are carefully packaged and shipped within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation.

As soon as the package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you, indicating exactly when the package will arrive at its destination.

Delivery :

Delivery anywhere in Quebec: $18 ($22 in winter)
Delivery elsewhere in Canada: Prices shown at checkout, depending on the region
Delivery is at the buyer's risk. Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible.

Postal delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damages incurred due to shipping delays.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. You cannot cancel an order once it has been received. No refunds.

We use the services of Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post for fast, efficient, and secure delivery.
Once shipped, the normal delivery time for a package varies between 1 and 2 days, up to 3 days for very remote areas. We always try to choose the fastest delivery options whenever possible.

If you already have an order awaiting shipment and would like to add more products, please send a message to Bouturama@outlook.com or via text message (Messenger) on the Bouturama Facebook page. We will automatically add the products to your invoice to avoid double charges.
If this step is not completed, we will not be able to cancel orders already placed.


Winter Expeditions:
During cold periods, we use efficient 96-hour heat packs (heating pads) and insulated packaging for shipping. In the event of extreme cold, shipments will be slightly delayed to ensure safe delivery. These delays will always be communicated and agreed upon with the customer in advance.
